We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

How long till i get refunded?

Refunds are issued within 10 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically sent back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s issued.

What is your return policy for trimmers?

We accept returns for unopened or unused trimmers within 14 days of delivery. If your trimmer arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost. Simply contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue and photo proof.

What if my trimmer stops working or has a fault?

All Oak & Blade trimmers come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any performance issues, we’ll troubleshoot the problem and provide a replacement when necessary. Your grooming tools should work flawlessly—always.

Can I exchange my trimmer for a different model?

Yes—unused trimmers in their original packaging can be exchanged for another model within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve already used the trimmer, exchanges are only available for warranty-related issues.
